By sharing my daily life you oxygenate yourself in contact with nature and you detoxify your body and mind. You are in good conditions to prepare for a fast or for a food resumption after a fast.

You want to: take a step back from your current life; experience life towards autonomy; share within a group; live close to nature and discover the virtues of a vegetable garden and those of wild plants; break with habits and dependencies; learn to cook to regulate your blood sugar and to take care of your pineal gland; observe life in nature and make yourself available to its teaching; practice a physical activity (yoga, stretching, awakening of the pineal gland, brisk walking: 1 hour/day); experiment with cold baths; take care of your body and have another look at who you really are; refocus on yourself and give meaning to your life; observe your emotions, their effects on your body and take the time to transmute your emotional wounds, simply recharge your batteries by enjoying the place and its surroundings while taking part in some of the activities offered…

Body and mind detox. Sanctuary conducive to resetting. Promote the pineal gland.

The place can be seen as a sanctuary intended for a healthy lifestyle that breaks with societal habits. It is located in a protected natural area with a lake, forests, animals. The place is conducive to breaking with lifestyle habits that are harmful to our health: cigarettes, alcohol, sugar, coffee, tea, cocoa, junk food, polyunsaturated oils are not offered or allowed … It is a detox without going through water fasting. Participate in a cuisine that smooths blood sugar, stimulates testosterone and is rich in natural flavors.

The menus are balanced (raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, animal protein and starch) and are designed to stabilize blood sugar and stimulate testosterone. We adapt if you want to eat vegetarian (eggs, cheese). There are two meals a day, lunch and dinner. Everyone gets involved by cooking vegetables that grow in the garden or are purchased from local organic producers. A way to learn to become independent in the kitchen.

What is an inner journey?

Since September 2021, being prohibited from organizing water fasting cures, I have focused on living independently. I have developed a vegetable garden, a chicken and chicken farm… I have learned a lot and I continue to learn to observe what nature offers us. I experience this as a nature retreat offering the possibility of better listening to oneself. Better listening to emotions and the emotional wounds that are associated with them. This is what I call an inner journey.

In January 2023 I was incarcerated without trial for 4 months. Facing the prison walls, I found inside myself the space that I lacked outside. Learn to accept the difficulties that arise and overcome them. Do not reject anything, welcome and transform.

Transmute emotional wounds.

Take the time to observe our emotions, to go to the root of our emotional wounds, some of which affect the physical body. For example, I observed that I had been carrying my mother’s anxiety since my early childhood. This anxiety affected my stomach and small intestine. This chronic anxiety generated acidity, poor digestion and allergies that I treated with enemas and fasting. I transmuted this anxiety and I digest much better. This retreat is an immersion in one’s emotional body, it is finally taking the time to name emotions, to understand the root of our dysfunctions in order to correct them.

Living in relationship with others: this is what makes people happy according to a study conducted by Harvard.

Happiness is not found in what we possess or achieve but in our ability to maintain good relationships while being ourselves. Teamwork, meeting other participants who are in the same process. Exchanges during meals or in the evening after dinner: So many ingredients to cultivate social interactions and develop serotonin, the hormone of happiness. To go further, see the study on happiness. Prepare for the transition, test our resilience, our sovereignty

Take advantage of a framework conducive to letting go and self-learning. Put yourself in a good frame of mind and learn through observation, manual activities and the development of our intuition. With the societal changes that are announced, autonomy and adaptability seem to be a priority to best experience the transition. We may be on the verge of a radical change in our societal benchmarks. Have we developed our adaptability sufficiently to face the challenges that are looming? This autonomous stay will allow everyone to gauge their level of resilience and sovereignty.

Limit activities that subject us to the matrix (For the matrix see here: matrix) or detach yourself from screens

On site there is no television and the time spent on screens or Bluetooth is limited and in the rooms. I recommend spaces of silence to better develop inner creativity and intuition. It also seems that waves and screens clutter the pineal gland. This place is intended to be an oasis that offers a break with our conditioning and dependencies. A place to focus on yourself and get out of limiting automatisms.

Re-enchanting everyday gestures

Everyone participates in the life of the estate according to the needs of the moment and according to their aspirations by choosing a manual job that will be practiced in full presence. Cooking, gardening, DIY, cleaning, logging… If the body asks for it, there are of course times for rest.

Cards of happiness and dice of Destiny

We have moments of exchange at meals and during the evening. The conditions are favorable to make choices about your life projects and if you wish we can use decision-making tools (Dice of Destiny, cards of happiness…).

Example of a day of the week schedule

7 am. Emotional debriefing. Yoga, energy body cleansing, stretching, or running
8:30 am. Free time or your choice: Picking vegetables, wild plants for the meal, gardening, logging, blacksmithing, maintaining the place, etc.
11 am. Meal preparation
12 pm. Meal taken together. Menu consisting of raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, animal protein, starch and sometimes dessert
1 pm. Cleaning dishes and the kitchen
2 pm. Rest
2:30 pm. Free time or your choice: Return to the garden, DIY, etc.
5 pm. Cold bath if appropriate or free time (walking, canoeing, etc.)
6 pm. Meal preparation
7 pm. Dinner8

8 p.m. Discussions, personal development, questions/answers, emotion management, use of dowsing

I recommend sleeping between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. to promote deep, restorative sleep that is beneficial to the pineal gland.

Weekend Schedule

Same activities on Saturday. On Sunday morning, for those interested, we go to the beach for Yoga Kriya followed by a cold sea bath.
